This Privacy Policy explains how Diffval ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Treasure Block Jam (the "App").

Treasure Block Jam does not require an account, login, profile, email address, phone number, or any other personal information to play.
In the current version of the App, we do not knowingly collect, store, sell, or share:

- Photos, videos, contacts, messages, or files from your device
- Payment information
- Advertising identifiers for advertising or tracking purposes
2. Local Game Data
The App may save gameplay progress locally on your device, such as star ratings for each level, total collected treasure, island restoration progress, sound and music settings, and similar game state.
This local game data is stored on your device and is used only to provide game features. We do not transmit this local game data to our servers.
3. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics
The current version of Treasure Block Jam does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social login SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs.
If advertising, analytics, or other third-party services are added in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required app store disclosures before or at the time those services are released.
4. Internet Permission
The Android version of the App may include the internet permission as part of the mobile app framework. In the current version, the core game content runs from files packaged with the App and does not require you to create an account or send personal information to us.
5. Google Play and Device Services
When you download or use the App through Google Play or an Android device, Google and the device platform may process information such as install activity, device information, crash diagnostics, or security-related data according to their own policies. Those services are provided by Google or the device platform, not by us.
6. Children's Privacy
Treasure Block Jam is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
7. Data Sharing
Because we do not collect personal information in the current version of the App, we do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device unless you delete the App, clear the App's storage, or reset your device. Since we do not store this data on our servers, we cannot restore it or delete it remotely.

We design the App to minimize data collection. However, no app, device, or network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
